      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct regular appointments with sales representatives to showcase innovative solutions
      - Recruit top talent using social media and other strategic methods
      - Network and build relationships with CPAs and brokers to drive sales
      - Develop and mentor team members to enhance their sales skills and performance
      - Spend a minimum of 75% of time in the field visiting client sites

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Valid driver's license required for regular travel to client sites
      - Ability to pass a background check and complete a drug screening
      - Must reside in the area relative to the job posting location
      - Proven track record in sales with experience in developing talent
