What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead an assigned sales team to meet and exceed annual net revenue and profitability objectives
- Develop and execute sales plans to penetrate targeted markets and referral partners
- Collaborate with sales and support channels to ensure exceptional client onboarding and activation experiences
- Provide input on business intelligence and process improvements to enhance departmental effectiveness
- Participate in contract renewal activities for existing clients as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid Driver’s License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background check and mandatory drug screening
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for degree
- Typically a minimum of 6 years of related professional experience, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Must reside in the area relative to the job posting location
