      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead an assigned sales team to meet and exceed annual net revenue and profitability objectives
      - Develop and execute sales plans aimed at penetrating targeted markets and achieving referral partner sales growth
      - Collaborate with sales and support channels to ensure a positive client onboarding and activation experience
      - Work with sales leadership and product development to promote early adoption of company initiatives
      - Provide input on business intelligence, departmental effectiveness, and growth opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - Valid Driver’s License and successful completion of pre-employment background check
      - Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience in a related field; typically a minimum of 6 years of professional experience
      - Preferred 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory position
      - Must live in the area relative to the job posting location

      - Relevant experience or degree in a related field of study from an accredited university
      - Experience in the financial technology or payments industry
