What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs tailored to specific roles across multiple senior living communities
- Serve as a liaison between the People and Operations teams, ensuring alignment with brand standards
- Act as a dedicated point of contact for new hires, providing consistent support during the onboarding phase
- Collaborate with learning and development teams to facilitate timely completion of required training modules
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding effectiveness by collecting feedback and analyzing metrics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of onboarding or HR experience, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven success in managing multi-site or divisional onboarding programs
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms, onboarding systems, and Microsoft Office
