      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide face-to-face customer support for driver licensing and vehicle registration
      - Issue driver's licenses, ID cards, instruction permits, motor vehicle registrations, vehicle titles, and license plates
      - Determine and collect appropriate fees from customers
      - Assist customers in obtaining IDs for voting purposes
      - Handle online processing of various tasks and field questions from the public over the phone

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in identifying and resolving problems for customers in a face-to-face customer service role
      - Ability to read and interpret laws, regulations, and complex documents
      - Proficiency in using computers and software programs to complete customer transactions
      - Experience in multi-tasking while ensuring accuracy in work
      - Experience in cash handling transactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a customer service-focused role
      - Familiarity with multi-tasking in high-pressure environments
