What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle daily transactions and reporting including bad payments, bankruptcies, and customer refunds
- Answer phone calls and emails from external partners and the public
- Research problems and create deadlines for response
- Follow up on potential suspensions
- Reconcile stations and post daily customer payments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience working with financial principles and procedures
- Experience providing customer service via phone, email, or chat
- Experience utilizing Microsoft Excel software or similar
- Must be able to prove valid status to work in the United States

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience performing account audits and reconciliations
- Experience processing invoices in PeopleSoft or similar finance software
