What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct policy analysis, program evaluation, and strategic planning
- Lead special projects involving policy research and analysis
- Act as a liaison between DMV and various stakeholders
- Assist in establishing motor vehicle projects and documenting results
- Research and analyze major motor vehicle issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience leading or coordinating multiple projects concurrently
- Managing and reporting data to management
- Serving as a customer service liaison for internal and external customers
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
- Analyzing and interpreting statutes, policies, procedures, etc.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience gathering and compiling data using Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Experience with program management and research in a transportation-related field
