What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Teach capstone related courses and content within the occupational therapy program
- Coordinate and oversee the doctoral capstone experience for students
- Maintain memberships with professional associations and engage in scholarly activities
- Support the OTD program through service on program committees
- Engage with students' Capstone mentor and/or committee member when available

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Doctoral degree awarded by an institution accredited by the USDE
- Oregon licensed occupational therapist with at least 3 years of clinical experience
- Teaching experience at the postsecondary level
- Proficient in document/report preparation and computer skills
- Demonstrated commitment to collegiality and shared governance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Post-Professional OTD, PhD, or EdD
- AOTA Fieldwork Educator Certificate
- Experience with course development and teaching related to OTD Capstone
- Experience mentoring Doctoral Capstone students
- Advanced organizational skills
