- Manage the change control system (Cloud PLM): review, troubleshoot, route, assess training impact, and release change orders.
- Assist customers with problem-solving, leveraging your understanding of our processes to deliver solutions.
- Support testing and improvement of change control and related software.
- Assist in Cloud PLM software training and other training initiatives.
- Manage departmental projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Support quality audits, both external and internal.
- Handle scanning, archiving, and retrieval of quality documents and records.
- Manage external standards compliance according to SOPs.
- Generate and oversee Quality Assurance reports as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Understanding of general Document Control responsibilities and functions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to create reports supporting QA systems.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of electronic documentation systems.
- Familiarity with ISO 13485 and 20 CFR part 820 standards.
- Ability to apply GDP and GMP knowledge daily.
