What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the complete lifecycle of project documentation, including receipt, review, processing, and archiving
- Perform QA/QC checks to ensure accuracy and compliance of documents with contract or client requirements
- Support the configuration and management of Aconex and other electronic document management systems
- Collaborate with project teams to facilitate consistent document flow and compliance with standards
- Maintain organized and secure document repositories following retention and archival policies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of document control experience in engineering, industrial, energy, or construction environments
- Proficiency with Aconex or other engineering document management systems
- Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with heavy industrial, utility, or EPC project workflows
- Knowledge of metadata standards, document numbering structures, and QA/QC review processes
