What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including customer service skills
- Ability to operate a personal computer, including specialized software packages
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Minimum of two years of banking experience, operations, or loan background preferred

- Familiarity with document imaging systems
- Knowledge of loan servicing practices, methods, and procedures for accurate processing of loan documents
