      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Utilize word processing software to create, edit, and format documents
      - Respond to project status inquiries and provide routine information
      - Assist with administrative tasks such as time entry and pre-bill edits
      - Continuously improve proficiency with document production software
      - Perform scanning, formatting of images, and proofreading tasks

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
      - Certification as a Microsoft Certified Application Specialist (MCAS) or willingness to obtain it
      - Accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 75 words per minute preferred
      - Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
      - Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a high-production environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a document production or administrative role
      - Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
      - Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      - Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and responsibilities
      - Experience with additional technical applications related to document production
