      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage document workflows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
      - Conduct reviews of incoming claims, assign statuses, and organize data for auditors
      - Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile balances, validate charges, and manage claim routing
      - Oversee file intake and output, addressing discrepancies and handling inquiries
      - Analyze data trends and provide updates on claims routing and efficiency to relevant teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Healthcare background preferred
      - Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
      - Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and analytical skills
      - Ability to adapt to company-specific software and multi-monitor setups
      - Critical thinking abilities to address issues effectively
