      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the Customer print team in developing and documenting standards for network printers and multi-function printer configurations
      - Review and approve equipment configurations and update relevant documentation for network printers and MFPs
      - Troubleshoot application or mainframe printing problems utilizing network printing equipment
      - Install, test, troubleshoot, and approve print drivers for network printing equipment
      - Maintain an inventory of equipment within the Output Environment and monitor for disengagement or end-of-life status

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support role related to printing or document technology
      - Strong knowledge of Windows Print Administration, including printer setup and troubleshooting
      - Experience with managing network-attached printing devices
      - Ability to create and maintain documentation for equipment configurations
      - Exceptional communication skills for training end users and reporting on service metrics

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience working with Xerox equipment or services
      - Familiarity with RFID technology and XWS use
      - Experience in providing end-user training on equipment and services
      - Knowledge of predictive AI in service management
      - Certification in relevant technical support or IT management areas
