What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to assist patients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must reside in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Utah, or Kentucky
- Ability to multi-task and proficient in using dual monitors
- Positive work attitude and willingness to assist others

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in healthcare is a plus, though not required
