What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in obtaining coverage for prescription medications
- Receive inbound calls, providing quality service while empathetically listening to patient concerns
- Utilize call center software for account research and documenting notes
- Place calls to insurance companies to advocate for patient needs
- Adhere to call center metrics and comply with HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in FL, GA, AZ, or TX
- Must have a quiet location at home to work
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Experience handling high-volume calls with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High School Diploma or GED

- Experience in a customer service role in the healthcare industry
- Proficient in using computer software and navigating multiple screens
