What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist patients in obtaining coverage for their prescription medications
- Receive and manage inbound calls while delivering quality service and empathetic listening
- Utilize call center software for account research and documentation
- Place calls to insurance companies on behalf of patients
- Adhere to call center metrics and comply with HIPAA regulations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in Florida, Georgia, Arizona, or Texas
- Quiet home workspace for effective remote work
- Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with experience in high-volume calls
- High School Diploma or GED
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in a healthcare-related call center environment
- Familiarity with call center software and multi-screen navigation
