- Adhere to call center metrics and comply with HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have a quiet location in the home to work
- Minimum of 1 year of recent insurance verification experience
- Previous experience in a high-volume call environment with strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency, including the ability to learn new software and navigate multiple screens
- High School Diploma or GED
