- Adhere to call center metrics and HIPAA regulations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of recent insurance verification experience
- Previous experience handling high-volume calls with strong communication skills
- Computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new software and navigate multiple screens
- Must have a quiet location at home to work
- High School Diploma or GED
