      - Complete outbound calls to provider offices on behalf of patients
      - Verify medical necessity criteria and coverage guidelines for prior authorization with insurance payers
      - Work with providers and payers to maximize patient reimbursement
      - Prepare and submit prior authorization requests for medications, procedures, and services
      - Inform patients of authorization status, delays, or additional requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of recent experience with medical benefits and prior authorizations (no exceptions)
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Active listening and problem-solving ability
      - Basic computer proficiency, including typing, data entry, and navigating systems
      - High School Diploma or equivalent

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Call center experience is a plus but not required
      - Ability to multi-task and use dual monitors
      - Strong attention to detail and accuracy
      - Quiet workstation with high-speed internet and modem access required
