      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Handle inbound calls from consumers interested in optimizing their Medicare coverage and expenses
      - Assess and identify insurance needs of customers over the phone
      - Educate and sell health insurance plans/products while providing excellent customer service
      - Guide consumers through the health insurance policy selection and application process
      - Maintain call productivity and metrics according to set goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Current health insurance license in the state of residence
      - Minimum of 1 year of Medicare sales experience (2+ years preferred)
      - Strong understanding of Medicare products and services
      - Experience working through at least 1 annual enrollment period (AEP)
      - Ability to work full-time and mandatory overtime during open enrollment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2+ years of experience in Medicare sales
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
      - Previous experience in a call center sales environment
      - Familiarity with major health insurance carriers such as Aetna, Anthem, WellCare, Humana, and UHC
      - Strong sales mentality and a desire to earn bonuses through performance
