What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Qualify customer leads from tradeshows, site visits, cold calls, and online inquiries
- Drive leads through the sales pipeline to close accounts in alignment with defined goals
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding product offerings
- Maintain accurate records of sales progress in HubSpot, ERP, or other databases
- Stay informed about developments in the medical diagnostic industry and engage in technical discussions with clients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Finance) or Life Science (Biology, Botany, Chemistry) preferred
- Experience making cold calls to prospective customers
- Familiarity with HubSpot, ERP platforms, or other CRM software
- Exceptional relational and communication skills
- Punctuality and professionalism in all interactions
