What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct donor research using various tools and resources
- Manage donor acknowledgement process and data entry contractor
- Generate fundraising reports and assist with gift processing
- Maintain and improve the integrity of the donor database
- Provide administrative support to the Advancement team and assist with donor events
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot preferred
- Minimum of two years of experience in fundraising or a related field
- Strong attention to detail in data entry and database management
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on long-term growth within the organization
