      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide drug safety expertise and ensure accurate documentation of safety data
      - Collaborate with team members to assess and manage drug safety reports
      - Conduct thorough reviews of adverse event reports and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
      - Participate in safety meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of drug safety processes
      - Support the development and implementation of drug safety training programs for staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in drug safety or pharmacovigilance
      - Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline
      - Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to drug safety
      - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with safety databases and reporting systems
      - Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in a related field
      - Knowledge of statistical analysis methods in drug safety
      - Familiarity with clinical trial processes and regulations
      - Previous experience in a team leadership role
