      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist and complete audits for ABD/HEN & WorkFirst cases and review these with team members for ongoing coaching needs
      - Assign, prioritize, and review working assignments of Social Service Specialists, providing consultation and direction
      - Implement and interpret policy and procedure at the case level to ensure compliance
      - Train new and existing staff in laws, policies, and procedures governing their job assignments
      - Conduct Social Service Assessments to determine disability/incapacity eligibility for clients

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of one year as a Social Service Specialist 2, or equivalent experience
      - A Master’s degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, criminal law/justice, or an allied field, and one year of paid social service experience
      - A Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, behavioral sciences, criminal law/justice, or an allied field, and two years of paid social service experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Knowledge of social casework principles and practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Demonstrated experience in teaching, coaching, and training methods
      - Public speaking experience
      - Familiarity with reviewing and interpreting medical information relevant to client diagnoses
