      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as the Lead Financial Eligibility and Policy Trainer for Home and Community Services (HCS)
      - Design and deliver statewide training on Medicaid and Basic Food eligibility and policy updates
      - Develop accessible training materials tailored to diverse learning styles
      - Respond to urgent training needs during system changes or emergencies
      - Provide direction to field staff and regional program managers for client service authorization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in social work, health or social science, public administration, or related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with advanced knowledge of State and Federal Medicaid laws and policies
      - Ability to interpret complex policy changes and provide clear guidance
      - Experience designing and delivering training for adult learners
      - Proficiency in navigating relevant systems to demonstrate workflows and troubleshoot issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with virtual and in-person training formats using tools like Teams and PowerPoint
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain composure during uncertainty
