- Ensure correct data is affixed to priority releases internally
- Complete DSP pitch grids for upcoming releases (ex: Amazon, Deezer, among others)
- Submit marketing information for new music releases to corresponding DSP pitch platforms (ex: Spotify, TIDAL, among others)
- Use DSP data and playlist support to identify artists on the rise
- Find and report client playlist pick up internally
- Ensure priority release availability of content/data across various marketing-related platforms
- Other duties as assigned, including in other departments or functions
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 3 years of experience in a customer service role involving data entry, document review, and verbal and written communication with customers
- Be Bilingual in English and Spanish; ability to read, write and speak in English and Spanish fluently
- The capability to meet tight deadlines
- The ability to learn quickly and thrive in a rapidly changing environment
- An ability to multitask, with excellent time-management and organizational skills without direct, in-office management/oversight (role will report remotely)
- Proficiency working with the Google Suite of productivity applications or equivalent tools
- An understanding of musical elements
- Positive attitude and being passionate about music
- The ability to work with many individuals across internal teams
- The ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- This position will work remotely in Colombia
- This position will report to the Director of Client Marketing
- 6-month contract with benefits
- 40 hours per week

The DSP Relations Coordinator will work full-time remotely in Colombia.
In a Nutshell //
This position works with the Director of Client Marketing in the USA to ensure administrative pitch requirements are met for company releases worldwide. The Coordinator, DSP Relations (LATAM) will work remotely in Colombia, directly supporting marketing team efforts to ensure our clients’ content is available for review by Digital Service Providers (DSP) editorial teams.
