Job Description

- Design and deliver highly scalable Dunning and Mediation management systems.
- Ensure system availability and Operation KPI toward Technical and Business requirements and industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement ways to improve data reliability, efficiency, and quality.
- Collaborate with solution architects, modellers, and IT team members on new business requirements.
- Drive the operations activity in analysing issues reported in live environment.
- Collaborate with Business and IT stakeholders to identify and define needs, understand the solution context and corporate standards.
- Monitor production systems and services to ensure SLAs and other quality metrics are being met.
- Ensure strict adherence to SLA when dealing with customer tickets/calls
- Troubleshooting application errors and performance tuning, create proactive /preventive maintenance proposals
- Maintain all system documentation of Dunning, mediation systems based on approved service and change requests (e.g., End user, support, system specs, architecture etc.)
- Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
- Maintain detailed file processing flows of mediation sessions, supporting with service request, and follow-ups
- Identify issues and risks, resolves problems and escalates them as necessary.
- Deep technical understanding of BSS Systems (CRM, Billing, Middleware, mediation and collections)
- Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques
- Strong knowledge on API /Rest API /microservices integrations
- 3+ years’ experience with integration, application, enhancements, and migrations for Cloud and On-Premises
- Complex solution design experience
- Experience and knowledge of different integration technologies and methodologies for real-time and batch integrations
- Strong Business Analysis Skills
- Problem -Solving skills.
- Very Good Communication skills.
- 3+ years’ experience with Oracle products /Oracle Database /SQL Knowledge.
- 3+ years’ experience with AWS components s3 Buckets, Lambda functions, AWS product.

- Relevant certifications and qualifications will be advantageous
- Maintain software Linux-based and knowledge on Oracle SQL developer database.
- Hold a relevant degree on Computer Science, Engineering, or IT

What will you do
This role is responsible for Dunning and Mediation Design, Delivery and Operation support. It includes delivery of Vodafone Albania IT solutions related to BSS Domain applications, ensuring their design, security and operability is according to Vodafone standards and complies with company’s OKRs and KPIs. This includes coordination of functional and technical requirements with teams responsible for business activities and rules, coordinating the implementation of the requirements with all the stakeholder’s integrations, security, business rules and service operation.
Ensure all customer complaints tickets/calls resolution according to the agreed SLA. Manage and guarantee system performance and availability according to target KPIs.
