What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers and following up on leads

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficient writing and speaking skills in Dutch (C1 level) and English proficiency at a B2 level
- Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position
- Demonstrated ability to source necessary information from customers with a strong emphasis on issue resolution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Willingness to work in a contact center environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with booking systems like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Graduates in any discipline or undergraduates are welcome
- Experience in a sales-oriented role
