What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive, evaluate, and document all incoming complaints as the first point of contact
- Conduct interviews and research the nature and scope of allegations
- Prepare detailed reports to document all aspects of complaints
- Present complaints and summary reports to supervisors and the Case Review Committee
- Provide support to other employees and perform administrative tasks as needed

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must have knowledge of Arizona criminal and civil statutes and the roles of various organizations
- Skills in effective communication and conducting interviews
- Ability to find, collect, preserve, and evaluate information related to alleged violations
- Previous law enforcement experience and knowledge of the criminal justice system is preferred
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and consent to driving record checks

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in law enforcement or as an AZPOST certified officer
- Strong computer proficiency and organizational skills
