- Integrate CRM with other systems and tools usng Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, and Service Bus.
- Familiaruty with the Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules in Dynamics 365 CRM.
- Knowledge of implementing plugins, workflow, and business rules within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Enviroment.
- Experience in C# Programming.
- Experience in developing and customizing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
