      How this role supports our mission:

      Assist in the day-to-day store operations of a multi-product E-Collectibles area. Ensures performance of all functions necessary to manage and operate a Goodwill E-Collectibles area as they pertain to collectible items for sale through Goodwill Industries of Southern Arizona online store.

      Assist the E-Commerce Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the E–Collectibles area.

      Hire, train, supervise, evaluate, and discipline employees within the framework of Goodwill policies and procedures

      Review monthly revenue & expenses; operate/above goal.

      Provide prompt, efficient, friendly and courteous service

      Ensure store security (i.e. relating to theft, pilferage, handling of merchandise, access to facilities, etc.) is maintained according to company policies and procedures.

      Prepare weekly schedules, break schedules, and daily “to do” lists or delegates the task to an appropriate team member.

      Keep abreast of product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive pricing.

      Ensure carts, totes, cages, dollies, and other material handling equipment is available and in the system for use.

      Promote on-going training through daily huddles, monthly store meetings and management by walking around to ensure productive work techniques, and to update staff on Goodwill policies and procedures.

      Maintain the E–Commerce area in a clean and orderly manner.

      Recommend materials, equipment and other supply purchases for the E–Store area within established policy limits.

      Work with all staff to ensure listings executed timely.

      Inform employees of listing/sales goals and how to maximize each.

      Must have minimum 2 years’ prior E-Com management experience

      High School diploma or GED

      Two years’ retail experience in a leadership role and one-year supervisory experience

      Possess current AZ driver's license and personal transportation with proof of auto insurance.

      Basic computer experience in the Microsoft suite of products

      Strong knowledge of internet use and a variety of software applications

      Ability to work independently, with minimum supervision.

      Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and environments.

      Ability to read, write, and speak English; follow written and verbal instruction.
