What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create, edit, and publish product descriptions, titles, and specifications for the e-commerce platform
- Ensure product content adheres to brand voice, SEO best practices, and internal style guidelines
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery
- Conduct quality checks for pricing, imagery, and inventory status on the website
- Optimize content for improved organic search performance and site navigation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in e-commerce, digital content, or merchandising (fashion/apparel preferred)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an emphasis on customer experience and SEO
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, or similar)
- Proficiency in Excel and basic HTML knowledge
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with a Product Information Management (PIM) system
- A passion for product storytelling and creating a polished brand experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including knowledge of VLOOKUP and other data functions
