What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Monitor and troubleshoot errors in order processing, ensuring timely resolutions
- Configure account profiles for clients and maintain accurate web access settings
- Update and manage product information, ensuring compliance and availability
- Provide customer service support via phone, email, and fax
- Train clients and sales staff on website features and functionalities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Business or technical degree is strongly preferred
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in e-commerce customer service or business system analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations and information sharing
- Customer-oriented attitude with a commitment to responsive service
