      Job Purpose:

      This position is critical for e-commerce sales management across the vaccine portfolio to leverage the cross sell & Up sell opportunities through digital channels By enhancing the digital marketing, Data driven decisions and insightful analytics for field force and marketing team.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Support national e-commerce offering and channel development team to design digital channel strategy, identify key business insights, roll-out digital offering updates, review sales excellence and overall project management and oversee tech ecosystem integration

      • Digital offering and channel management:
        • Design the strategy to increase the user of existing E- commerce platform of GSK
        • Determine the right set of offerings based on the historical data
        • Leverage the omnichannel strategy to enhance the customer experience
        • Design simplified solutions for stakeholders like HCPs, Distributors and Field force
        • Collaborate with tech to Develop product / channel road map (e.g. GSK App), key features to be added and timeline for updates
        • Ensure continues management monitoring of all the processes and keep all the stakeholders updated
        • Oversee quality assessment (QA) and user acceptance testing (UAT) process
        • Design and lead A/B testing for features and concepts added
        • Design feedback loop mechanism to integrate doctor and MR feedback into continuous product improvement cycle
        • Build Integrated Omni-Channel Marketing plan and ensure execution to drive adoption & business outcomes

      • Business insights and sales excellence:
        • Leverage the existing users of the platform to increase no of orders , Frequency and order value.
        • Provided support to field force for query resolution, opportunity mapping and Credit notes settlements
        • Understand evolving market trend and behavior of vaccine purchase by category and geography
        • Drive adoption of digital sales program, discount structure, product schemes targeted towards increasing portfolio top-line and bottom-line growth
        • Drives collaboration with category / brand manager to customize scheme to market nuances
        • Forecast demands on rolling quarterly basis across all cities aligned with overall national target
        • Conducts e-commerce customer research, including website data analytics, surveys, and workshops
        • Conducts primary research through workshops, interviews, and usability studies
        • Engages with all relevant secondary customer research sources (e.g., Forrester)

      • Project Management and Operations:
        • Design and run PMO responsibilities to ensure successful pilot and scaling aligned to broader GSK strategic roadmap
        • Scale up the over all distributor integration model by collaborating with different ERPs onboarded with GSK
        • Drive problem-solving and decision-making process on projects, drive cross-functional support to resolve bottlenecks
        • Develop dashboard and monitor metrics including sales, supply chain, app performance and payment processing metrics
        • Collaborate with supply chain and operations to conduct periodic stock correction based on demand forecasts and mitigate supply shortage
        • Design process for payment reconciliation, returns and inventory monitoring

      • Tech Ecosystem integration
        • Define the business requirements to enable tech team to offer the best suitable solutions
        • Responsible for process re-design and system integration with value chain partners (e.g. Agencies, Channels, start-up ecosystems, etc)
        • Identify technology partners and drive development to integrate customer sales/inventory system to GSK’s digital channel (e.g. GSK App)
        • Collaborate with IT to optimize GSK tech infrastructure to allow future scaling
        • Ensure updated master data containing sales, vendor, and customer attributes

      Basic Qualifications:

      • Graduate in Science / Management

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Post Graduate in General Management/Marketing.

      Minimum Level of Job-Related Experience Required:

      • Previous experience in second line sales management
      • Previous experience in digital marketing is a plus
