- Proven supervisory experience
- Ability to read shelf tags
- Basic knowledge of computers
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Basic math skills (i.e., counting, addition, and subtraction)
- Self-directed, ability to execute projects with minimal supervision
- Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment, stocking shelves, or cashier experience
- Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness
- Ensure team members adhere to laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines
- Perform duties of selectors and customer attendants as needed
- Train team members in their roles
- Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the Store e-Commerce manager is unavailable
- Assist with scheduling and maintaining order intake
- Print and distribute order labels, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain supplies
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
- Report discrepancies and perform opening and closing procedures
- Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback
- Manage conflicts professionally and act with honesty and integrity
- Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults
- Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation
Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
