What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage end-to-end custom 3rd party eblasts, including setup, proofing, launching, and reporting
- Oversee the creation and distribution of Custom enewsletters and digital event marketing materials
- Coordinate with paid social media teams to execute campaigns and manage reporting
- Support lead generation efforts by building pages, forms, and conducting internal and external reporting
- Regularly assess and update operational SOPs related to the position
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing
- Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, MailChimp)
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Strong communication skills for reporting results and collaborating with multiple departments
- Post-secondary education in marketing, project management, business, or a related field
