- Req#: 679439
- Realize the internalization strategy for the off- shore extension and drive together with counterparts in Germany
- Leading the Center of Competence (CoC) and owning end to end accountability of Chassis Products.
- Oversee the product development and delivery of Chassis Structures Module for Suspension, Brakes, Axles and Steering systems.
- Monitor health status of the program (for Cost, Time, Quality targets) and ensure C,T,Q targets are met for the module / project.
- Lead and Drive various Program drive responsibilities.
- Drive and facilitate various decision makings for the module.
- Verify Chassis design work through internal team reviews.
- Rallying CFTs together for various deliverables of the chassis structure module
- Ensure compliance to Mercedes Standards and Processes for Chassis module delivery.
- Monitor Design risk register and bugs for the module.
- Motivate and Develop teams.
