      Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Realize the internalization strategy for the off- shore extension and drive together with counterparts in Germany
      • Leading the Center of Competence (CoC) and owning end to end accountability of Chassis Products.
      • Oversee the product development and delivery of Chassis Structures Module for Suspension, Brakes, Axles and Steering systems.
      • Monitor health status of the program (for Cost, Time, Quality targets) and ensure C,T,Q targets are met for the module / project.
      • Lead and Drive various Program drive responsibilities.
      • Drive and facilitate various decision makings for the module.
      • Verify Chassis design work through internal team reviews.
      • Rallying CFTs together for various deliverables of the chassis structure module
      • Ensure compliance to Mercedes Standards and Processes for Chassis module delivery.
      • Monitor Design risk register and bugs for the module.
      • Motivate and Develop teams.

      BE/BTECH in Mechanical/Automotive engineering or other allied fields

      Experience: 15 + years

      Mandatory Skills:

      • Dynamic & thought leadership.
      • Experience in leading projects
      • Coaching and mentoring skills
      • Experience in managing Business critical portfolio(s)
      • Experience in Products & Platforms delivery management
      • Excellent stakeholder and communication skills
      • Hands on Experience on Agile methods of product development
      • Strong technical background of Chassis development

      Preferred skills:

      • Experience in leading Data Analytics is an added advantage.
      • Automotive background & German language are an added advantage.
      • Good knowledge of Vehicle development processes and systems
