What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary case manager for Work/Life clients, focusing on elder care resources
- Screen for safety issues, domestic violence, substance abuse, and other high-risk situations
- Complete work life intakes using EAP database system
- Provide general information and referrals to subject matter experts in legal concerns, financial issues, and work life challenges
- Remain actively logged into the telephone queues to fulfill duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree preferred in fields such as social work, mass communications, psychology, education, business, hospitality, or related field
- Experience with elder care required
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Customer Service
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of EAP database systems
- Certification in elder care services
