Early Careers Recruitment Lead - 12 month Fixed Term Contract
GlasgowAs a Barclays Early Careers Recruitment Lead, you will be accountable for supporting / leading key strategic projects and initiatives that span Barclays programmatic recruitment - including but not limited to Interns, Graduate and Apprentices. This is an opportunity to be working with the sub-services, colleagues from the business, senior stakeholders, 3rd party providers and across other HR transaction cycles to effectively ensure delivery of a great candidate, hiring manager and stakeholder experience.

What will you be doing?
• Partnering with Global Heads of Barclays Programmatic Recruitment to support and manage multiple key projects and initiatives linked to Programmatic Recruitment
• Partnering closely with the Recruitment Operations Team Lead to ensure successful delivery of each recruitment campaign
• Supporting delivery of diversity initiatives to help support Barclays Diversity and Inclusion efforts
• Using data and insights to support with data led decision making
• Continuing efforts to evaluate return on investment events and use information to inform future decisions / recommendations
• Searching proactively for ways to do things better and identify opportunity for continual improvementWhat we’re looking for:
• Ability to use data insights to support building strategies for Programmatic Recruitment delivery, e.g., selecting external partners, diversity initiatives, events
• Internal Business Stakeholder management experience across business areas, engaging stakeholders regularly to provide useful updates and insights
• Ability to build relationships and develop partnerships with external partner organisations that support Barclays strategic direction
• Great collaboration skills, especially with Operational Recruitment Lead, Recruiters, and global colleagues; and a confident and clear communicatorSkills that will help you in the role:
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask with agility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Great PowerPoint and presentation skills
• Excellent Excel skills, coupled with the ability to review and analyse data to produce information and insights
