      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct a literature review on disability inclusion in humanitarian action and early childhood development in emergencies (ECDiE)
      - Analyze existing data on the impact of crises and displacement on young children with disabilities and their caregivers
      - Develop a clear and concise thematic brief (15-20 pages) addressing the specific needs of children with diverse disabilities
      - Provide practical recommendations and guidance for humanitarian actors on implementing inclusive ECDiE services
      - Facilitate a consultation workshop with technical experts to gather feedback on the draft thematic brief

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Advanced degree in disability studies, early childhood development, humanitarian studies, or a related field
      - Extensive experience in disability inclusion in humanitarian action and ECDiE, particularly in crisis contexts
      - Strong understanding of the needs of young children with disabilities (0-8 years) and their caregivers
      - Proven ability to develop thematic briefs, reports, and other knowledge products
      - Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills, including experience with inclusive research methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with relevant human rights instruments and guidelines, including the Convention on the Rights of the Child and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)
      - Demonstrated experience working with international organizations and humanitarian agencies
      - Previous experience in producing knowledge products related to early childhood development in emergencies
