What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide individual, group, and family counseling to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral changes in clients
- Conduct a minimum of 200 on-site visits annually to childcare programs to deliver services
- Offer training and consultation to childcare providers based on community needs assessments
- Link childcare providers with mental health resources through consultation and training services
- Maintain appropriate documentation and develop the Chaddock Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant Project

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Infant Mental Health, or a related Human Services field
- Minimum of 1,000 hours of supervised direct service experience through practicum, internship, or employment
- Must meet Qualified Mental Health Professional status in relevant programs
- Proficiency in using electronic health records and documentation systems
- Strong written and oral communication skills

- Background in cultural competency related to effective service delivery
