What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide on-site coaching and mentoring to childcare providers to enhance quality care
- Develop, schedule, and administer virtual/in-person training for various childcare providers
- Conduct on-site technical assistance visits to model practical applications of training topics
- Recruit qualified early childhood providers to participate in the program
- Maintain excellent communication and organizational skills while working independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree or higher in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Family Studies, Social Work, or a closely related field
- Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in early childhood development or possession of a Family Child Care Development Associate (CDA) credential
- At least three (3) years of professional experience working with children in a childcare setting
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building rapport with childcare providers and directors
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work occasional evening and Saturday hours
