What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze data from evaluations to determine child eligibility for the ECI program
- Develop, review, and evaluate the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) based on assessments and parent input
- Monitor and reassess child needs while coordinating necessary services for effective IFSP implementation
- Assist families in gaining access to rights and services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act Part C
- Cooperate with local agencies to secure needed services and support for clients

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in a field related to early childhood intervention
- Ability to successfully complete additional required training in the Competency Demonstration System within one year of hire
- Experience working with young or severely/profoundly delayed children preferred
- Knowledge of child development and assessment methods
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to learn new technology systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bilingual skills
- Training or experience in record keeping, case management, and parent training
- Experience in developmental direct services or consultative services for children with disabilities
- Familiarity with community resources available for children and families
- Ability to take initiative in job tasks and work cooperatively with various stakeholders
