      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide expert guidance and recommendations to support children with developmental disabilities in educational and childcare settings
      - Conduct environmental assessments and provide recommendations to early childhood providers and families
      - Collaborate with team members to identify gaps in services for children displaying symptoms of developmental disabilities
      - Participate in training modules and statewide meetings while working with community agencies
      - Maintain compliance with privacy standards and provide required reports and documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master’s degree in an allied health or related pediatric development field
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in early childhood development and pediatric disorders
      - Must be licensed or eligible to practice in the state of Arkansas
      - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the state
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with excellent PC skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in early childhood special education and knowledge of state and federal laws (IDEA Parts B and C)
      - Training and public speaking skills for workshops and community presentations
      - Familiarity with program implementation manuals and ethical standards in diverse environments
