      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide guidance and recommendations to support children with developmental disabilities in educational and childcare settings
      - Conduct environmental assessments and collaborate with team members to identify service gaps for children with developmental disabilities
      - Adhere to privacy and confidentiality standards while demonstrating ethical behavior and cultural sensitivity
      - Participate in training modules, statewide meetings, and community agency collaborations
      - Deliver training on early childhood and developmental disabilities through workshops and presentations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Master's degree in an allied health or pediatric development-related field, with two years of experience in early childhood development and intervention strategies
      - Valid license or eligibility to practice in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, or a related field in Arkansas
      - Valid driver's license required for travel
      - Strong knowledge of child development and federal laws for early childhood special education
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong attention to detail

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Doctoral degree in an allied health or pediatric development-related field
      - Five years of experience in early childhood development and intervention strategies
      - Two to three years of experience supervising or teaching adult learners
      - Experience in public speaking and training delivery
