      We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Early Talent Analyst, Direct Hire to join our SSE Engineering Enablement team. This role is in New York, NY– HYBRID

      In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

      As a Campus Graduate Analyst, your responsibilities include shadowing various staff members, participating in learning experiences, attending meetings and workshops to gain practical experience.

      As a graduate trainee, you need to be willing to learn about aspects of the company that lie outside of your department.

      You should foster good relationships with staff members and leave a lasting imprint.

      The program is designed for the recent graduate seeking real-world experience and with a desire to build a unique portfolio of transferable skills in various disciplines which will set them up for a successful career within the financial services industry.

      Create and deliver client solutions and leverage our expertise and understanding of local requirements.

      Help deliver transformational change that furthers the company's strategic vision.

      Work with stakeholders to analyze, define, and prioritize business requirements.

      Ability to apply knowledge of major products and services to a variety of situations.

      Manages issues and risks related to their assigned functional work stream and is responsible for ensuring the overall success.

      To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

      Applies problem solving skills based on precedence and experience.

      Uses communication skills to deliver high quality service to a specialized client base.

      Outstanding record of academic achievement (minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2).

      Bachelor's Degree in finance, Economics, or a related field of study (preferred)

      Prior internship experience at a top-tier investment bank or consulting firm (preferred).

      BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $51,000 and $85,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
      This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
