The safety manager provides leadership and supervision to a team of safety specialists in the central and eastern United States, which is necessary to provide excellent support services to field operations personnel. The Safety Manager will have financial accountability for the assigned cost center (RC), including developing budgets, providing status reports (actual expenditures versus budget and forecasts), and accurately forecasting future expenditures. The Safety Manager will perform routine supervisory duties for the assigned staff, including setting goals and priorities, monitoring progress, and assessing performance. The Safety Manager will also communicate significant trends and drivers for safety incidents and develop plans to address emerging issues.About the company
