      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide bedside critical care assistance to patients receiving ECMO therapy within customer facilities
      - Monitor and adjust ECLS blood flow and sweep gas flow according to established guidelines or orders
      - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to coordinate tests and evaluations for ECLS patients
      - Document appropriately in patient charts and utilize technology for scheduling and logging work hours
      - Participate in training and complete competencies on ECLS equipment and procedures

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree with 2-3 years of related Critical Care or ECLS experience considered
      - Maintain an unencumbered professional license (RN, RRT, CCP)
      - Hold advanced credentials applicable to each profession and maintain AHA credentials in BLS
      - Willingness to provide a minimum of 5 days of availability each month
      - Ability to communicate effectively and perform in high-stress situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in critical care settings, particularly with extracorporeal life support
      - Familiarity with ECLS systems and technology
      - Additional certifications or training in related medical fields
      - Previous experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare team
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing patient needs
