eCommerce & B2B Customer Support + Order Processing - Wellness Brand

Job Description

- Respond to inquiries from retail and direct customers via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist with order placement, tracking, product questions, and issue resolution
- Coordinate closely with our warehouse team to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment
- Maintain customer account info and order history in our system
- Monitor inventory levels and flag items that need restocking
- Update product pages on our eCommerce site with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing
- Post new product launches, promotions, and content to maintain a fresh and engaging online shop
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure brand consistency across the site
- Troubleshoot any issues with listings, categories, or customer-facing product data
- Support backend eCommerce operations including tagging, categorization, and cross-sell/upsell setup
- Other related tasks as needed
- Follow up with wholesale/retail partners on open orders and stock levels
- Coordinate purchase orders and product updates with retail accounts
- Support sales efforts by reaching out to inactive or new leads
- Build strong relationships with our retail partners — you'll be one of their key points of contact
- Other related tasks
- 2+ years of experience in eCommerce AND customer support/order fulfillment (REQUIRED)
- Experience working with or supporting B2B/wholesale accounts
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Apple devices, and order management tools (ERP, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Friendly, service-minded attitude and the ability to problem-solve
- Passion for wellness, sustainability, or clean supplements is a plus!
- Base pay starts at $24/hour
- Earn commission for bringing in new B2B retail accounts
